-12*C. Good footing this morning, lots of bare asphalt. No 2" of fresh snow or sand/salt mulch. Solo runs. Met Lance back at the Arena at 6:15a.m.: we started out at different times. We seen two other runners on Main Street. Met a guy walking on Valley Road. 6 cars at Lyn's Gym at 1/4 to 7a.m.
If I had to pick 3 Olympic highlights:
1. How about that Jon Montgomery. I liked when he jumped up on the podeum and then spread his arms high and arched his back. It looked just like a thing Jim Carrey would do in a movie.

2. And how about that CTV Theme song, "I believe". Nikki Yanofsky. Who didn't have that song in thier head these past two weeks.
3. the 14th gold medal.

oh man the olympics were something else. just loved it!!!

1. Alexandri Bilideau(sp?). On the podium, next to the Canadian defector (representing Australia)

3. The "Golden Goal". Jerome Iginla's (sp?) 5 year old daughter took his gold medal to show and tell yesterday.
When I work out on the t-mill there is nothing to watch on TV anymonre!!
