THE REAL "Running Man"







Went for a run this aft at 1/4 to 3p.m. The sun was out and it was about -12*C. It's 1/4 to 5p.m. now as I write this - the sun is almost down and it's very close to -20*C now. I wanted to check out the distance for the 5k WW Inn run coming up on Saturday, December 4th at 9a.m. I started at the WWInn and went up around Minish's on Swan River Drive and then into the Rotary Park and out again and followed SR Drive to Ross, Ross to 9th Ave. N., into the Legoin Park, did the outside loop in there and back up to 9th and into the Arena Parking Lot, up the Ag. path to 3rd, 3rd to the Highway, then back to the WW Inn where I started. That loop worked out to 6.4194 kilometers. The paths were in great shape - completely plowed out. Beutiful running conditions in both those parks.


Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
