December 15th, 2010 Wednesday

Jolie, Tara and Dan give'n 'er in the Rotary Pathways on December 4th. Good job. A great place to run. Dan mentioned later, at breakfast in the WWInn, that The Glad Lake trail would be a good run sometime. He did the run last summer and he took it up Corpanicus and back down. Corp. is a steep hill, if you've never been up there. It's a very good run. Trail running is interesting. You'er in the bush and away from traffic. The Glad Lake Trail is a good one to keep in mind (maybe roast some hot dogs after). A spring run.

It's certainly not spring today, heavy snow fall.

Last night we did the Jack Brown run. Brian and Kathy & Vegas were there. I put the lights on at 20 after 7a.m. and it was 9 minutes after 8 when I shut them off. Got 21 laps in and one bigger loop with Barnes by the Ball Diamonds and behind 9th Ave. porperties. The path was good footing and it wasn't too cold. There were a couple dog walkers and other walkers that went thru. Also, there were three people skating on the open air rink in the Park. So, a bit of action down there. Should be good to go again on Thursday - I'll check the pathway Thursday afternoon.

Keep give 'en 'er,
gk

Just back from the bridge. Windy around that lake! However the footing good and I was dressed just right (not always so!).

Have a good one eveyone, from PLaP.
