DECEMBER 31st, 2010
One last post in 2010. Got three runs in at Maureen's in PlaP over Christmas. To the bridge and back (4miles). The weather was a bit warmer last week but still, you got frosted up. Did some x-country skiing and outdoor rink skating. It was good to get outside.
I went for a couple of 30 minute runs back in Swan here yesterday (Dec. 30th). One at 11a.m. and one at 7:30p.m. at the Jack Brown Diamond. Both times it was -21*C.
And now, on to New Years Eve.
Have a good one everybody and we'll see you next year - "out-there", outside that is.
Bundle up and head out.
We are well climatized now.
Twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
That's only 8 runs in January.
Start the New Year off right - nice and easy - 8 runs.
Do that, and you'll be reporting to Spring Training Camp in shape.

heh Duke: getting some runs in over here across the pond. Temp. around plus 4 or 5, nice. However most runs are in the hills and its tough, especially at the start. Looking forward to flat prairie running but not the -25 though. Keep the blog going, watch every day.
