A bit of a cool one this morning. -25*C. Met Tracy running by Tim Hortons and she never stopped. Kept give'n'er. The moon was bright this morning; it especially showed up bright on Reich's road where there were no town lights. I used the ice cleats again this morning. They worked good. It had snowed that light fluffy stuff and then got packed down with traffic to ice/snowpac. They really work well and you don't have to be enguard so much - just run.
So that's it for this week's two runs. Next week - Tuesday and Thursday again. If you can make it - good deal. It's always nice to see other runners out and about.
This Sunday, SuperBowl Sunday, we'll have a pregame run from the Arena. 4k or 8k - whatever. A good idea to exercise a bit before flopping on the couch to watch football. Had one inquiry about the Sunday run, Keith Umkehrer. He said he'd keep in in mind. So, we'll see. If you can make it out for a run or walk this Sunday afternoon at 3p.m., we'll see you there. It's supose to be a beautiful afternoon; like a preview to spring.
