Seen "Don Chairy" go by the pool this morning at 7:30a.m. He was "give'n'er"; red ball cap on backwards. Nothing backwards about his running.
Ran yesterday up at Wellman. Went at 7a.m., met Barnes and Vegas, did 4 miles. First time running since last Sunday. Barnes is back running after a long layoff with plantar fasciitis (heel pain). Looking good, run a 9 minute mile despite the greasy clay road.
RODEO RUN COMMING UP. RCMP permit we got. Formos/Powells 2 col add in star ( July 13, 20 and 27th), putting up markers and taking them down after - David Ketel, Lance, Don Formo, Dan Fawcett, bottle water - Barnes, Poster distribution - Garry, registration desk - Angela, bibs - Nancy. 5k and 10k maps - Lance, Photos - Rob.
