Nice morning. Lots of runners out early (6ish to 7ish). Sun coming up - no clouds - about 12*C.
Did a loop with Barnes and Vegas. Angela was out. Seen Rob McDonald by Taylor School.
The week-end is here. When you measure by the week-ends, the time goes by in a flash it seems. Rodeo is here. August is here. The single digits are getting closer in the morning runs. But, you know what........ summer is just starting now; it's going to be a beautiful August. And remember last September? You could still easily swim in the lakes it was so nice.
It's time to run. Moderation is the key. Space it out (every other day). Enjoy.
Don't forget. July 30th, 7a.m., at the Arena. Be there ahead of time to register and get your bib pinned on. The run starts at 7a.m. sharp. Bang! We're off and running. There will be over 50 runners, 5 & 10k'ers en mass. Be there, don't wait til next year.
