A very nice day. Mostly sunny. I didn't run until 11a.m. this morning. When I got in the temp was 25*C in the shade. Very nice running. Took me 56 minutes to run the 10k course around the new by-pass (that's a 9.33 minute mile). Not busting any speed records.
I seen Rob McDonald go by the pool this morning at 6:30a.m. He was running a faster pace. Way to go Rob. When I seen you, I thought... "You've slept in Rob - you're going to be late for school". But then I realized, hey, he don't have no school!
Seen Angela this morning too. She did a run, then the pool. Way to go Angela. She still has her sights hell bent for texas.
There are many runners out and about these days. In singles, doubles, at different times. That's great to see. It always sharpens you up a bit when you see that your meeting another runner down the road. Or... have you ever tried to catch up to another runner. That is very hard. It just seems to take forever to do that.
Next week is our run on the 30th. It'll be a good one. See you'all out there. And, you know what, it dosen't matter if your running, running/walking or walking. It just a bit of exercise for us. We will be able to go over to the Rodeo grounds after and by a plate of perogies and really enjoy them. You'll have already burned them off before you even ate them.

Vegas and I were out that last couple morning early. Just the pool workers and Morley were who I seen this morning. The last couple of mornings have been awesome, no wind and temp. is just right. Next week is suppose to heat up though.
