FEBRUARY 2nd, 2010 Tuesday

Slept in this morning and never made it out. I had all my stuff set out and ready to go in the morning but I woke up too late. So, I went at 1/4 to 12 noon and got a run in. Even right at high noon, I had great difficulty in seeing a shadow. And so, maybe the groundhog did too. Lets hope so. It had snowed a very tiny amount but made it slippery. I wore my "slip-on-ice-grips" and felt comfortable on the snow pack.

I made a 30 minute loop including in and out of the Rotary Park. Nice woodsy trail down there in the bush. It adds varitey to the run and a little hill at the end. Speaking of hills: what was that song that Bill Murray kept waking up to on Groundhog Day?

"...then put your little hand in mine, there
ain't no hill or mountain we can't climb.."

Keep give'n'er,
gk
