Nice morning. About -6*C, calm. Lots of stars at 1/4 to 6a.m. Seen a falling star while running East on Reich's road (it's black in that section - no street lights). It's kind of an interesting section of the run. A straight strecth about 3 blocks long, gravel road. If you weren't familiar with the road or it was wet footing, you wouldn't go in there. But when the footing is good, it's like running out in the country (not the city). When the sky is clear the stars are brilliant.
Ran 38 minutes this morning from door step to door step. Seen two other runners. One on Swan River Drive. She was wearing a wine jacket and going the opposit direction. The other runner went by on Ross Street as I was approaching from Swan River Drive. She wore a white hoody; could have been Tracy? And then there are the walking girls, Joan, Carol and Colleen. So, it's nice to see other people out. And by the time I finished up this morning, 20 after 6a.m., it's daylight enough to see.
Next run on Thursday, March 25th at 1/4 to 6a.m. at the Arena. Done in roughly 30 or 40 minutes.
See you out there,
Keep give'n'er,
gk
