Did a 7 mile run today. In and around town streets, Legion Park and around the New By-Pass. I didn't run on Saturday and so I had to go today. I waited until 11a.m., thought the sun might come out. Wrong. It was snowing most of the time and the wind was very strong out of the East. It was hard going against the wind. You have to put your head down and lean into it. I would say it would be equal to an 8* incline on a treadmill.
That's it for here this week. Off to Ottawa for a week. Looking forward to doing some running there in the mornings; it's always nice to run in new places. I hope the weather is better there than it was like here on Sunday.
Oh ya, I got the permit already from the RCMP for our 5k10k run on Friday,July 30th, 2010. So that's done.
