BEAUTIFUL MORNING FOR RUNNING. 20*c AT 1/4 TO 6A.M. HOW ABOUT THAT! EVEN THO THERE WAS THUNDER AND LIGHTENING IN THE NIGHT (THERE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE MUCH RAIN), THE TEMP STAYED UP THERE; IT WAS SO NICE - LIKE BACK IN JULY. LOTS OF HUMIDITY BUT THAT FELT GOOD TOO. JUST THE DAY BEFORE WAS MORE LIKE SEPTEMBER WEATHER. IT WAS BARELY MAKING 10*C - QUITE A BIT COOLER. MAKES ONE THINK OF MORE LAYERS.
All set for the 10k cross country? Talked to Keith yesterday and it sounds like he has an interesting course marked out. It will be fun. So we start at Keith's at 7P.m. on Wednesday evening, August 25th. See you there.

I was out yesterday and Tuesday, both mornings were a little on the cooler side but it was still good. Still unsure of the 25th, depends on the B-Day plans.....
