Terry Fox Run this Sunday. Check it out. Around the by-pass, thru Legion Park, that type of thing. A great time for a run. A big fund raiser all across Canada. Jim Webster has been heading it up in Swan Valley for years. It's a good organization to make a contribution to: the funds are managed for cancer research. Support Jim and the Terry Fox organization and have a great run to boot!!! Why not.
Plus 4*C this morning on my glass at 1/4 to 6a.m. Lance was already out at 5:30am. His truck was there at the arena when I got there at 1/4 to 6a.m. I met Barnes and Vegas at Bridge. We met Tracy at the arena. I seen three other runners. And the walking girls (4) - seen them this morning. It's like spotting deer in the morning - "there's one". "there's one.

Nice to see runners out and about in the morning. Noon hour hockey on the go again on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Running Tuesdays and Thursdays every week until May. Start running now and by spring, you'll be way up on it. You'll report to training camp in shape. Ready to train for a 5k, 10k, 1/2 or full marathon.

It was a nice morning out, a little cool at first but didnt take long to warm up. I must of just missed you Garry, I saw the walking girls as well as I got back to the arena around 6:25 or so.

i struggled to get out the door this morning but as usual i was so glad i went. yesterday i had a dog come after me by the junior high so today i took a different route. funny how comfortable one gets running in the dark and quiet of the early morning. it's like you own that piece of the road. that's what i told that dog!

thought I'd just do a nice easy run this morning. That all changed when we met Duke at the bridge. Its good to pushed, you feel better when the run is finally over.
