Good run this morning. Ran with Barnes and Lance. It is nice to run where there are street lights now as it's dark at 1/4 to 6a.m. Now when it's dark after supper or before breakfast, you can hear geese flying. Lots of them. I don't think it froze last night. My thermometer on the house showed 4*C above at 5:33a.m.
Say, I never heard how Angela made out with her Triathlon in Texas. Any feed back there Angela? How did it go? We'd like to hear about that.
Right now, I think Keith Immerkar is in Bamff on a run thru the mnts. I will be great to hear about that run as well.
If you ever have a run or event somewhere, send me a brief on it in Word. I can then post it into the blog for everybody to check it out. It's real nice to read those stories about ourselves, especially when we get into winter and need a bit more stimulation.
Keep give'nér,
gk

Hi There,
Just back from a run to the bridge. Lots of geese gathered around the cresent lake here too. I had to wear head band running today, as the cool wind makes my ears ache when I run. Cool weather is nice to run in though, when your dressed properly. Not to hot and not to cold. Not looking forward to the footing issue in the snow. Maybe I'll get some grips, like my dad.

Still plugging my daily 5km runs Duke, it has been dark at 5 am for quite awile now....
