Monday the 8th of November 2010

Pretty foggy this morning. Really foggy actually. Temp above zero. Barnes said he ran this morning and never seen a sole.

I ran at 10 after 9a.m. and it was still foggy. I just did a 30 minute run; saved a little for noon hour hockey. I ran the Legion Park, Duncan Crescent and then the Legion Park again and home.

Andy yes Angela - I voted today.

It's been great running weather hasn't it? Yesterday was in the double digits and I didn't run. Go figure! Could have gone in shorts and t-shirt. Instead, I sat around and ate. Sometimes, it so hard to get out there, even tho you know very well that nothing but positive things to your body and mind will happen. So, I went this morning (even tho only 30 minutes) and it feels good to be back on track for the week.

Keep give'en'er,
gk

Hey GK, should have went for a jog yesterday....very nice out no wind, sunny, very comfortable for a run....Maureen got out there while I put up Xmas lights. Went to noon hour hockey to make up for it today. Went back to work sweating profusely under my suit for the next hour. Randy O.
